Hello, I’m Polymnia, a fully certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I hold a degree from the prestigious Rallou Manou Professional Dance School. From a young age, I fell in love with fitness and everything related to it, especially dance, which perfectly complements my passion for helping my clients feel amazing about their bodies and overall well-being.<\/p>

The word “boring” doesn’t exist in my fitness vocabulary. My goal is to ensure that everyone training with me feels constantly rejuvenated and happy. I am dedicated to instilling a love for fitness in those who choose me as their trainer, encouraging them to set high standards for both themselves and me.
